Budelas.ca sources Canadian-made products from trusted suppliers and distributors. We do not manufacture the products sold on this website and do not hold all inventory onsite.
Product availability may vary by region and is subject to supplier availability and third-party integrations.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase.
Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

5. Ordering & Payment
Placing an Order: By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Budelas.ca reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.
Payment: Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.
Currency: All transactions are processed in CAD. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment provider.
6. Preorders & Order Processing
All orders may be considered preorders, depending on supplier availability.
Preorder items ship on the preorder date listed at checkout, not at the time of purchase.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Orders containing preorder items may ship together once all items are available.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the listed ship date.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Budelas.ca ships within Canada only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using Canada Post live rates, including applicable handling fees.
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service selected.
Budelas.ca is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supplier delays, or events beyond our control.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds are offered.
Exchanges may be considered only for items that arrive damaged or defective and are subject to availability.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and a description of the issue.

9. Order Cancellations & Non-Pickup
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or ordered from the supplier.
Once an order has been processed, sourced, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Orders not picked up (where local pickup is selected) without prior cancellation are non-refundable.
10. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate shipping and contact information
Ensuring purchased products comply with local regulations
Paying applicable taxes, shipping fees, and handling fees
Budelas.ca is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer information.
11. Taxes
Applicable GST, PST, or HST will be applied according to Canadian and British Columbia regulations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budelas.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the British Columbia Arbitration Act, except where prohibited by law.
14. Marketing Communications
By creating an account or making a purchase, you consent to receive transactional and promotional emails from Budelas.ca.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
15. Website Availability
The website may undergo maintenance or experience temporary outages. Budelas.ca does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
