Budelas.ca Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

Budelas.ca sources Canadian-made products from trusted suppliers and distributors. We do not manufacture the products we sell. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are offered.

This includes bundles, preorder items, and regularly stocked products.

By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.

Exchanges (When Applicable)

Exchanges may be considered only in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and are offered at Budelas.ca’s discretion.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Include photos and a description of the issue

Do not discard the item or packaging until instructed

If approved, we will offer:

A replacement of the same item or

An exchange of equal value or

Store credit, if a replacement is unavailable

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Preorders

Preorder purchases are final and non-refundable.

Preorder items ship on the date listed at checkout, not at the time of purchase.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the listed ship date.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or ordered from the supplier.

Once an order has been processed, sourced, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Orders not picked up (where local pickup is selected) without prior cancellation are non-refundable.

Out-of-Stock Items & Supplier Delays

Budelas.ca does not hold all inventory onsite.

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be contacted promptly.

If an item cannot ship within a reasonable timeframe, you will be offered:

- An exchange, or
- Store credit

Refunds are not issued for out-of-stock or delayed items.

Minimum Order for Future Shipments

A $39 minimum order (after discounts) applies to future shipments or replacement orders.

Legal Considerations

This policy is governed by the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act of British Columbia.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection laws. Customers are entitled to a replacement or remedy for defective products as required by law.
