At Budelas.ca, we’re committed to making Canadian-made, health-focused goods accessible across the country while being transparent about how and when your order ships.
Budelas.ca sources Canadian products from trusted suppliers and distributors. We do not manufacture the products we sell.
Order Processing & Preorders
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Preorder items ship on the preorder date listed at checkout, not at the time of purchase.
Orders containing preorder items may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise noted.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Handling Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using Canada Post live rates.
A handling fee is applied to help cover packaging materials, fulfillment, and carrier-related costs:

3% handling fee on shipments within all Canadian provinces

9% handling fee on shipments to the Canadian Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut)

Handling fees are calculated as a percentage of the order subtotal and are included in the final shipping total at checkout.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (before tax, after discounts).
Remote, rural, and territorial locations are excluded from free shipping due to carrier surcharges and will be charged Canada Post rates (including applicable handling fees) at checkout.
Local Pickup (When Available)
Free local pickup is available at select locations when offered.
Pickup windows and locations will be clearly communicated at checkout or via confirmation email.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier service selected at checkout.
Delivery to remote, rural, or territorial locations may take longer and may incur additional carrier charges.
Budelas.ca is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, supplier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Inventory & Stock Availability
Budelas.ca works with Canadian suppliers and distributors and does not hold all inventory onsite.
In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be contacted promptly.
If an item cannot ship within a reasonable timeframe, you will be offered an exchange or store credit.
Temperature-Sensitive Items
At this time, Budelas.ca does not ship refrigerated or frozen items.
Temperature-sensitive products are shipped at the customer’s discretion.
Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Issues
All sales are final. No refunds are offered.
Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to product availability.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos provided for review.
Additional Notes
Some products may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on supplier fulfillment.
