Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Budelas.ca offers one-time purchases and, where applicable, preorder purchase options. Please review the following cancellation terms before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed, sourced from the supplier, or prepared for shipment.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled.
Preorders
All preorder purchases are final and non-refundable.
Preorder items ship on the date listed at checkout, not at the time of purchase.
By completing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the listed ship date and cancellation terms.
No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds are offered.
This applies to one-time purchases, preorder items, and bundled products.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered only if an item arrives damaged or defective.
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.
Non-Pickup Orders
Orders selected for local pickup that are not collected and were not canceled within the allowed timeframe are non-refundable.
Out-of-Stock or Supplier Delays
]Budelas.ca sources products from Canadian suppliers and does not hold all inventory onsite.
If an item becomes unavailable or cannot ship within a reasonable timeframe, you will be offered an exchange or store credit.
Refunds are not issued in these cases.
